This page is dedicated to Li Ying whom got married last year (ok lah, I haven't got the time to do up the page till now lah)... For those of you whom dunno who she is, she's someone whom I knew from TELEVIEW (the "Internet" of ancient days)... she was then 15 yrs old... and it was great honour for me to grace her wedding as her wedding coordinator..
Liying & David met during their days in the National University of Singapore where David was on a foreign exchange student programme. David, a Canadian Chinese, soon left and their love matured on a long-distance love affair. Liying was here in Singapore while David was in Canada. What they when through was tough but they overcame every obstacle that came their way to eventually tie the knot...
The Wedding was held at the Chapel of CHIJMES. The cocktail reception was in the fontain garden outside the chapel. Then they exchanged their vows in the chapel. The dinner was a sumptuous 9 course by Westin Stamford. The Greg Chako Trio provided an excellent entertainment. They played mainly Jazz and Classical. After dinner, we went to Velvet to party the rest of the night away.
Li Ying had since moved to Canada with David. She's someone whom I would miss. Let's juz hope that there would be no boundaries for our friendship...
