Hey guys,
Feeling down??? Sometimes, the way out of your biggest problems is to just LET GO...
Raise a glass of water in the air and ask yourself, how heavy u think that glass of water is??.... 20g? 50g?... seriously, its absolute weight does not matter... what matters, is really how long u hold it for ... hold it for a minute, its still quite ok... hold it for an hour, u'd probably have an ache in your arm... hold it for a day, and u'd probably need to go to the hospital....
u see, the weight (like our problems) remains the same... but the longer u hold on to it, the heavier it becomes... if u keep carrying your problems all the time, its only a matter of time before u burn out... actually, the solution to it is simple... all u need to do, is put the glass down...
Do you know how people catch monkeys in the forests of Sabah? They place a cage secured to the ground with some peanuts in it. On the top of the cage, they make a hole small enough for the monkey's empty hand to squeeze thru... then they sprinkle some peanuts on top of the cage to lure the monkeys... when the hunters come back a day later, they'd find the monkeys there with their hands stuck in the cages... this is because the monkeys squeezed their empty hands into the small holes to try to get the peanuts... but after getting the peanuts, their clenched fists can no longer make it out of the small holes of the cage... while the easiest way to break free is to release their clenched fists and abandon their peanuts, these monkeys hold on to their peanuts and struggles to get their hands out of the holes with them (even to the extent that they bleed from cuts) but they just won't let go if their peanuts... silly as it may seem to u, but that's how all of us are, when we come face to face with problems or with discontentment with life...
The moral of these stories shows that sometimes, the best approach to solve the problems in our lives is really to let them go... holding on to them is only gonna be a burden to us... we all love to have everything that we wish for... but in reality, there is only THAT much our hands could hold... just like dipping your hands into a bag of rice, no matter how hard u try to grasp with your bare hands, there can only be THAT much that you could grab with it... so why be so hard on yourself to the extent that u "bleed" from being burnt-out... from losing your loved ones... ????
Relax... there's more to life than chasing for that pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow... burning yourself out trying to keep a glass of water in the air is just silly... hang loose and appreciate whatever you have right now... even the best swimmers drown swimming against a strong current... there is no way swimming against it, so dun waste your strength... to survive a strong current... grab on to things that are important to keep yourself alive... focus on sheltering and protecting yourself from the hard knocks that you may experience along the way... go along with the flow of the current... save your strength till u're in calm waters... then, when u can see clearly now... when you are ready to move on... u can then struggle to steer yourself back on course (no matter how far u've drifted)... resting when u need to and keeping yourself safe from harm's way... even if it means another storm...
Take care pals... it may be a storm that we're all experiencing right now (be it physical, emotional, financial, social, whatever).... but no storms last forever... when the skies clear up, its bright and sunny once again... even the birds and insects knows how to handle a storm... there's no way to fight it... just let it pass (even if it is taking everything that we've built over all those years)... as long as u keep yourself alive, there'll always be a tomorrow... you will have no tomorrow if there's no YOU... I survived... so will you...
So hang loose and don't forget to... SMILE......

I will always remember what you have told me, must learn to let go...And the pebbles... alot of people neglect it and keep finding sands instead?
And men tends to never be contented? Take things for granted for what they are and what they owned?
