Hey, its THAT time of the year again and it never fails to prompt me to reflect upon myself... to do some soul searching on what have I been doing for the whole year. Its always a time that I would start going to church more regularly than usual... and taking part in communal activities that I would usually shun away from. Perhaps, somehow the spirit of sharing gets to me especially during x'mas... or perhaps, its just the sense of guilt of being passive within the congregation all year round...
Nonetheless, X'mas is still my favourite festive season of year. I would run my fingers thru my address book, calling up old friends to meet up and keeping in touch with people I've not seen or heard from for ages. I always get very excited when I get a card from a friend that had not been in touch for a long while. It feels good to be remembered and that's why I always send out my greeting cards early (so that they won't say that I'm just replying to theirs).
Unfortunately, I've recently moved and my address book was misplaced (cried a few days ok?). To make things worse, my diskette storing my address book got corrupted (wahlau... super suay man)... Luckily, I've still got my email and this site. I've already sent out electronic cards. If you've not got yours, that's b'coz I don't have your address, gimme now. Though its not personal enough, but that the best I could do for now. I just hope that I can rebuild my address book soon (and trust me, its not gonna be easy)...
Last but not least, it is a time to be merry. Its time to feast out, get stoned and party wild. My calendar is already filling up and I'm really looking forward to all that's forthcoming. Its been a tough year. A lot happened... filed for bankruptcy... lost a few good friends.., lost the custody of Iggi (Charon's in UK now).. been in the worst shape of health (almost died under the surgical knive).. and my career is all in a mess... I can't wait to end it with a big bang. There will certainly be a lot to look forward to next year.
