The Phantom would be moving to his new habitat at Le Conney Park at Lor L, Telok Kurau on 25 March 2002... (geez... God bless the residents there)... Le Conney Park is a small development and it has a small swimming pool... it is located amidst a very tranquil and quiet residential estate... the apartment has three bedrooms and the apartment is tastefully furnished with all basic furniture & fittings...
So far, the Phantom has one flat-mate (his colleague, Louis) and the phantom is seeking one other flat-mate to take the remaining common room that is air-conditioned & furnished with built-in wardrobes/dresser, built-in writing desk, a super-twin bed, etc... the monthly rental for the room would be S\$400.00 excluding utilities... the utilities will be shared equally by the three of them... So if you are interested, pls give the phantom a call... or drop him a line here...
The Phantom will be hosting a "house-warming" BBQ by the poolside of his new domain on 29 March 2002... everyone is invited but you've gotta RSVP by 25 March 2002 so that the phantom and his imps can cater enough food & booze for everyone... and knowing the phantom and his imps, the party is gonna be fun...
