Strength & Courage

Dear frenz...

Yes... its that time of the year again and I don't know if its me or has this year's Christmas come earlier than usual... everywhere I go I see Christmas decorations... But sadly, I don't seem to feel the Christmas mood... Perhaps, the poor economy is wearing all of us down...

Nonetheless, I am determined to have a great Christmas as usual... Christmas is about giving and sharing... so as I count the number of days left before Christmas and plan my itinerary of how I intend to spend my season holiday, I thought of all of you guys...

This year saw a fair share of its trying times for me... I've sort of seen the tail end of all my problems and miseries... I'm proud that I've coped well and struggled thru the (probably) most difficult times of my life. And now as I lick my wounds of struggle, I just can't help but feel that I'm lucky to have you guys nudging me on each time I stopped fighting... Its all these pushing from you guys that kept me going and I want to thank you for that...

As for now, the storm is over... still a little drizzle but its nothing that I can't cope... I mean, after the storm, this should be nothing...

And as I lay my head to bed, I thought of a prayer and I'd like to say it here for all of you...There are two things that I'm praying for all of you today... they're strength & courage...

It takes strength to be certain, It takes courage to have doubts.
It takes strength to fit in, It takes courage to stand out.
It takes strength to feel a friend's pain, It takes courage to feel your own pain.
It takes strength to hide your own pains, It takes courage to show them.
It takes strength to stand guard, It takes courage to let down your guard.
It takes strength to conquer, It takes courage to surrender.
It takes strength to endure abuses, It takes courage to stop them.
It takes strength to stand alone, It takes courage to lean on a friend.
It takes strength to love, It takes courage to be loved.
It takes strength to survive, It takes courage to live.

Whether you feel you have either or both, let me send you a big hug right now that's full of warmth, friendship and love... And may this hug carry a message that there is a friend for you sitting at another corner of the world... Wishing you the best ever!!!
