From 19 June 2003 to 9 July 2003, HDB is conducting their ballot for remaining flats in Mature Estates... and if you are:
- 1st Time Applicant AND
- Have Parents Staying In Same Estate,
your chances of getting the flat is twice that of any other applicants. You need not wait for years as these flats are already built and they're ready for occupation. I like those in the Bt Merah Estate (especially those opp Tiong Bahru MRT) and those in the Queenstown Estate (along Alexandra Rd)..
You now dun need to queue at the HDB and can submit your application online if you have the payment facility. If u dun have the payment facility I can arrange for u... You can also check the number of applications made so far for those flats that u're interested in so that u can gauge your chances of getting your flat.
