Below are two very interesting video by two very inspirational writer-speakers (Malcom Gladwell & Barry Schwartz). They shared very conflicting, but at the same time, concurring views about the paradox of choice. The message behind these two talks is that... Humans usually assume they know what they want... but in fact, they don't... and that's why they can't handle the freedom of choice...
These two speakers are very articulate and engaging. I really enjoyed them. You should check them out here...
Besides these two videos, there are many other presentations by other speakers on www.ted.com. This is certainly one site to bookmark.
