Love's On The Rocks...

It was reported that the Phantom's love is on the rocks... the Phantom's love had apparently told him that she is still not ready for love and had asked that the Phantom leaves his options (or rather his heart) open...

How's the Phantom taking it? Well, though its like pins pricking his heart... he appears alright... he was reported saying, (we quote) "It's only natural for her to feel this way... afterall, this is one big decision that she's making... I'll juz hafta wait till she's ready for it... Nonetheless, this won't make me love her any less than before... and I'm juz happy being able to love... unconditionally"... (unquote)

Well, let's hope that everything will turn out right for the Phantom... but even if it doesn't, aren't we glad that at least the Phantom has experienced love at its highest degree??? I mean... how many people in this world could experience such a love??? I mean, with his pending divorce tearing him to pieces, isn't it nice how he finds comfort in his new love...

OTHER UPDATES:
Li Ying, one of the Phantom's long-time pal, is finally getting hitched (as in getting married).... and the phantom was summoned to assist in coordinating the event to be held on 12 May 2001 at The Chapel of CHIJMES. The only problem is that the phantom is currently in Milan and coordinating with the caterers, the band, etc. would be extremely difficult. Well, good thing that there would be help extended from all around. Nonetheless, the phantom is still gonna do the best he can for this dear pal of his... whom he had known since she was only 15...

For those of you attending this wedding (and may I remind you that this is a 'Black Tie' function and the dress code for this banquet is nothing less than FORMAL), you can look forward to a sumptuous banquet from the kitchens of The Westin Stamford; an extravaganza of jazz performance by Greg Chako's Jazz Trio (eh... incidentally, Greg's one of the best jazz musicians in Singapore); AND.... a fine selection of wine from Auric Pacific for an evening of fun & booze...
The cocktail reception will start at 7:00pm at The Fountaine Garden outside The Chapel of CHIJMES. The arrival of the bride shall be at 7:45pm where the Wedding Ceremony shall take place at The Chapel (late-comers pls be advised that all doors to the Chapel will be locked throughout of the ceremony your considerate co-operation seeked)... After which, dinner would be served and the jazz performance shall commenced. More booze and dancing will take the centrestage immediately after the dinner... so make sure you've got your dancing shoes with you...
